SHIPPING and RETURNS
We currently ship to EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom) and USA.The shipping cost is calculated on the order destination. During the checkout process the shipping costs will be automatically added to your order total.

All shipments include VAT (Value Added Tax). There are no import duties for orders within EU. There are no import duties on orders to the USA under $800 (de Minimis value) Orders are shipped from Coverleg in Italy on working days (Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m). Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Coverleg ships with UPS.Estimated delivery time from despatch:
Europe (incl.UK) : 1-2 working days
USA: 2-3 working days
When will my order be shipped?
From monday to friday we do our best to process and ship orders within 24 hours. Please allow 1-2 extra days for any order placed during weekends, special promotions and during holidays.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
What is the your return policy?
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition with all original tags attached for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Please consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not accept responsibility for any item lost on return. All extra EU orders are final sales and no return is possible.
